What in the Newtonian physics is going inside a car Transmission?!
Special speaker William will be dissecting the innards, and operation of modern car transmissions. This is a good introduction to optimized gearing, power transfer systems, and general car basics.
Automatic transmissions have over 500 discreet parts, and you will be quizzed on each one of them! Just kidding. Come to this event for a review of basic system components, and get a feel for how a ‘well-oiled’ machine is supposed to work. We will touch on both manual and automatic transmissions.
